Rick and Morty's season four has been split into two parts, made up of five episodes each.
The midseason finale of the comedy, which was shown before Christmas, was entitled Rattlestar Ricklactica.
Like with the majority of its episodes, the story went on a huge tangent after Morty was bitten by a space snake while Rick was changing a tyre on his spaceship.
This, of course, led to a bunch of other problems which put them both at risk.The episode sees Rick, transformed from a scientist to a samurai (logical career progression) as he fights off a hoard of Shogun Mortys.
After finishing the first half of the latest season in December, the show’s comeback has been keeping fans hanging on desperate for answers.
The last we saw of Rick Sanchez and his grandson Morty, they were inadvertently starting a war on the planet of the snakes. That episode, the fifth of season 4, aired in December. Despite a new teaser from Adult Swim, which you can enjoy below, the release date for the next five episodes of Rick and Morty remains up in the air.
